What goes wrong when a church streams a big service?

Usually the audio comes through thin, the building's internet gives out halfway through the sermon, or one camera sits on a wide shot for two hours, and when you're streaming to more than one campus it happens in every building at once. So we plan it like a broadcast, with a director cutting the cameras live, an audio mixer listening to exactly what the campuses hear and a backup internet connection tested before doors.

What a multi-campus broadcast looks like

We run a big service like a TV broadcast, with a broadcast director, camera operators, graphics, audio and a stream manager, so every campus and everyone on YouTube gets the same program. These frames come straight off a program feed, so they're the same picture every campus saw. Read the full write-up.

What we stream

Easter and ChristmasThe services your whole church shows up for, shot with more than one camera.
Ordinations and anniversariesMilestones that families and former members want to watch from wherever they live now.
Transition and installation servicesThe night a church hands leadership to the next pastor, streamed to every campus.
Multi-campus simulcastsOne service sent live to every location at the same moment.

Working with your church's own team

We plug into your sound board, or take a clean feed from your engineer if they're mixing the room, and the live cameras and your slides can run on the sanctuary screens off the same setup as the stream. We've also broadcast services in campuses that seat 1,000 to 2,000 people, so a packed sanctuary doesn't throw us.

How much does it cost to live stream a church service?

From$6,500

That covers two cameras, the five-person crew and the tech rehearsal the day before. A signature and a 50% deposit lock the date, and the other half is due 7 days before the service.

  • The serviceHow long it runs, and when we can load in for the tech rehearsal the day before.
  • CamerasTwo cameras are included, and every camera past the first two is added to the quote.
  • AudioWhether we plug into your sound board or bring our own mixer and wireless kit.
  • Where it streamsYour other campuses, YouTube, Facebook or a private link for members.

Church live streaming questions

How much does it cost to live stream a church service?

Live streams start at $6,500, which covers two cameras, the five-person crew and the tech rehearsal the day before. More cameras, a longer service and travel outside the Lehigh Valley each go on their own line.

Can you stream one service to all of our campuses at the same time?

Yes. Every campus can take the same feed live while everyone else watches on YouTube.

Do you work with our sound booth and our own tech team?

Yes. We plug into your sound board, or take a clean feed from your engineer if they're mixing the room, and we can send the live cameras and your slides to your sanctuary screens.

What happens if the church internet goes down mid-service?

The director switches the stream to the backup connection we test before doors, a Starlink dish or a bonded cellular hotspot depending on the building, and every camera records on its own drive either way.

Do we get a recording of the service?

Yes. You get the full program recording, exactly what your campuses saw, plus every camera's own recording for social clips later.

Which services are worth a full broadcast crew?

The ones the whole church shows up for, like Easter and Christmas, ordinations and anniversaries, and transition services.
