From $1,200 a day

A highlight film from a trade show, shot and edited by TM Productions.

What goes wrong with event video?

The recap shows up weeks after anyone still cares, the interviews have echo in them, and the keynote is one wide shot nobody finishes watching. We plan the day around where each video is going to live, so one crew captures the recap, the interviews and the full sessions, and your videos land on the date in your quote with a round of changes built in.

Event video questions

How much does event videography cost?

Event video starts at $1,200 a day, which covers up to 10 hours on site for one cinematographer with the camera, wireless mics and a lit interview setup. Editing goes on top with each piece on its own line, and social clips are $150 each or 8 for $995.

How long until we get the recap film?

Within 10 business days, and interviews and full session recordings take up to 15. The delivery date is written into your quote before you book, and if you need it sooner, rush editing is an add-on.

How many cameras do we need?

One camera covers most panels and smaller events. A keynote in a big room usually wants two, one wide on the stage and one tight on the speaker, and interviews get their own lit setup.

Can we get photos and video from the same crew?

Yes. One crew can handle the highlight film, the interview pieces and the edited photos, all on one quote.

Should we live stream it instead?

If people need to watch while it's happening, yes. Our live broadcasts record every camera on its own drive, so you still get recap footage.

Can you cut clips for social media?

Yes. Vertical clips for Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok come out of the same footage, at $150 a clip or 8 for $995.

Who owns the footage, and do we get the raw files?

We own the footage, and once you've paid in full you can use everything you paid for anywhere, with no time limit. Ask for the raw footage and we'll send every camera's files by download link, which stays live for 30 days. We may use clips in our portfolio unless you tell us before the event that it has to stay private.

How far ahead should we book?

Three to four weeks out is ideal for video and photos, and six weeks for a live broadcast because of the tech rehearsal and the five-person crew. If your date is sooner than that, send it anyway and we'll tell you the same day whether we're open.

Do you film events in Allentown, Bethlehem and Easton?

Yes. We're based in Macungie, so Allentown, Bethlehem, Easton and Reading are close to home, and we film regularly in Philadelphia, New Jersey and New York City, with travel on its own line in the quote.
