Why does same-day delivery matter?

The day after your event is when your sponsors, your social team and whoever's writing the recap email all go looking for the photos, and by the time a gallery shows up two weeks later they've moved on. So we go over the moments that can't be missed before the day, and on most events the edited gallery reaches you that same day.

Event photography questions

How much does an event photographer cost?

Event photography starts at $250 an hour with a two-hour minimum, so the smallest booking is $500. A second photographer, step and repeat lighting and travel outside the Lehigh Valley each go on their own line.

How fast do we get the photos?

Most of our galleries go out edited the same day, and your quote has the delivery date in writing.

Do you bring lighting for a step and repeat or red carpet?

Yes. We light the backdrop so every guest photo looks the same from the first arrival to the last.

Do we need one photographer or two?

Most conferences and company events need one. When a stage program and a step and repeat run at the same time, we put two on it so neither gets missed.

Can you shoot video or live stream the same event?

Yes. We can add a video crew for a recap film or run the whole event as a live broadcast, and event video shows how that works.

How far ahead should we book?

Three to four weeks out is ideal. If your date is sooner than that, send it anyway and we'll tell you the same day whether we're open.

Do you photograph events in Allentown, Bethlehem and Easton?

Yes. We're based in Macungie, so Allentown, Bethlehem, Easton and Reading are close to home, and we're regularly in Harrisburg, Philadelphia, New Jersey and New York City too.

Do you do headshots?

Yes, through our studio brand, TM Headshots, at your event or at your office.
