Public eventsParades, festivals, groundbreakings and award programs, with photos the same day on most events.

Working with your purchasing office

Most video and photo jobs for a borough or a county come in under the formal bid threshold, so they're bought on written quotes, and you'll have our itemized one the same day we talk. A W-9 and a certificate of insurance naming your agency come on request, and a purchase order holds your date with no deposit, since we invoice after the event at net 30, or monthly for a standing meeting schedule. Our capability statement and rate card are ready for the quote file.

Public agency questions

Do you work with boroughs, townships and school districts?

Yes. We've filmed in council chambers alongside local officials and police. We're based in Macungie, so Lehigh, Northampton and Berks counties are home.

Can you stream our council or board meetings?

Yes, as a standing service. A meeting is $2,500 for up to 3 hours plus setup, with three cameras on the dais, the public comment podium and the whole room, a three-person crew and each speaker's name on screen. The recording goes to the clerk the same night with a captioned copy within 2 business days, a yearly schedule is priced on the quote, and the details are on our live broadcast page.

What paperwork can you send our purchasing office?

An itemized written quote the same day we talk, plus a W-9 and a certificate of insurance naming your agency on request. Our capability statement and rate card have our NAICS codes, insurance, rates and past work.

Do you take purchase orders?

Yes, with no deposit. The PO holds your date, we invoice after the event at net 30, and a standing meeting schedule is invoiced monthly.

Are your videos captioned?

Yes, every video we deliver, for residents who need captions and for everyone watching on a phone with the sound off.

What does a press event or ribbon cutting cost?

$950 covers up to 2 hours with a photographer and a camera operator, the edited gallery the same day for your press release and a captioned 60-second video within 3 business days. Travel outside the Lehigh Valley goes on its own line, so you see it before you sign.
