Why does a manufacturing event need a crew that knows the floor?

Manufacturing events are full of things that are hard to shoot well, like a robot demo behind glass, sparks inside a welding booth or the sponsor banner behind the speaker, and a crew that's never worked a shop floor either misses those moments or gets in the way. Those photos are what you sell next year's sponsorships with.

Manufacturing event questions

Can you film on an active shop floor?

Yes. We've filmed in working fab shops and photographed inside welding booths. Tell us your safety rules on the call and the crew works by them.

Do exhibitors and sponsors get photos too?

Yes. We shoot a full set of vendor tables so every exhibitor has photos of its own booth, and we keep the sponsor banners behind whoever has the microphone.

How fast do we get the photos?

The full gallery usually goes out the same day.

Can you film interviews with our customers, employees or members?

Yes. We set up a lit interview spot in a quiet corner of your event or your office and turn each conversation into its own piece.

Do you cover student competitions and award shows?

Yes. We cover regional contests and statewide finals, with every team on stage and at the step and repeat.

Can you live stream our annual meeting or keynote?

Yes. Our live broadcasts run with a five-person crew at minimum and a tech rehearsal the day before, and every camera records on its own drive.
