Working in Manhattan

The things that go wrong in New York are the things that go wrong anywhere, just faster: load-in windows, freight elevators, parking a van full of gear and house internet that was never built for a broadcast. We go over the venue, the audio and the look of the stream on a call well ahead of the date, and we bring our own backup internet to every live broadcast.

New York event questions

Do you work in New York City often?

Yes. We work in the city regularly on live broadcasts, panels and red carpets, and the bigger productions we crew for other companies are on our production credits page.

How does travel from Pennsylvania work on a New York quote?

Manhattan is about two hours from our shop in the Lehigh Valley, and travel is its own line on the quote, so you see it before you sign.

Can you light and photograph a red carpet?

Yes. We light the backdrop so every guest photo looks the same from the first arrival to the last, and the first images go out the same day.

Can you live stream from a Manhattan venue?

Yes. Every live broadcast we quote runs with a five-person crew at minimum, a tech rehearsal the day before and backup internet.

Do you work with New York photographers and production companies?

Yes. If you're a producer who needs a second camera, a lighting crew or a broadcast team for a date in the city, call us.
